I am dedicated professional with extensive qualifications and experience in :- agriculture, woodland management, landscape maintenance/design, ecology and the environmental sciences.

I have always been passionate about forestry, agriculture, ecology, conservation and the environment. Allied to which I have strong skills in research, project work and consultancy.

I bring to any project (whatever the size) total commitment - 12 years hands on Farm Management experience - 7 years similar landscape project experience - 12 years as an environmental/ecological consultant   .

As a member of the Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (IEEM) all work complies with their Code of Practice.

A very diverse client base encompassing the private and public sectors and including developers, landowners, government organisations, planning consultants, architects, landscape designers and civil engineers.

Over seven years application of this knowledge in real situations

Conducted a number of Extended Phase 1 (NVC based) Habitat Surveys utilising gps survey equipment and GIS to increase accuracy and transferability of data.

EIA, SEA and EMS qualifications/experience to Post Graduate Level

A unique blend of practical and academic experience ideally suited to landscape ecology, habitat conservation/mitigation, design, estimation and implementation.

Extensive contract/contractor management experience on both soft and hard landscaping construction projects. Their design, construction and management at local and county level.

Involved in the design and maintenance of constructed wildlife habitats within HCC's educational establishments at Senior Officer Level.

Designed/ managed/assessed constructed wetland projects for Heathrow and Cardiff Airports.

Over 12years farm management experience, including 4 years woodland management and coppicing. NPTC CS 30 & 31 Certified

Seven years with Hampshire County Council managing landscape maintenance and design.
